By deciding to use the services offered, you accept and respect the following conditions.
Hygiene and safety
- Flat surfaces and other elements of the salon equipment with which the Client has no direct contact during the treatment are disinfected or sterilized.
- All technical products we work with are strictly intended for the treatments offered, and disposable items ensure sterility.
- Only disinfectants approved for use in a beauty salon are used in the salon
Provision of beauty services
- The Aesthetics Paradise salon offers service packages in the field of aesthetic medicine, applied cosmetology, numerous face/body treatments using machines, beauty consultations, the possibility of purchasing gift vouchers, treatment packages and other services.
- Before starting the treatment, the cosmetologist conducts an interview with the client to determine whether the client’s health condition, past or present diseases, as well as lifestyle do not constitute contraindications to the treatment or do not pose a risk of side effects, and to determine post-treatment recommendations.
- Providing personal data by customers in surveys, customer cards, and in the loyalty program is tantamount to consent to data processing.
- Each client is familiar with contraindications, side effects and post-treatment recommendations, and when undergoing the treatment, they are fully aware of them and accept them.
- Before starting the treatment, clients are obliged to notify the cosmetologist about any ailments and contraindications that may affect the course of the treatment.
- The client is obliged not to have any jewellery during the treatment. All valuables should be stored by the customer under his responsibility. Customers are obliged to immediately inform the Cosmetologist if their well-being deteriorates during the Treatment.

- In case of doubts regarding the safety of the procedure, the cosmetologist may refuse to perform it.
- Lack of acceptance of the regulations is tantamount to resignation from the service.
Payment
- The customer is obliged to pay for the cosmetic services provided. The Price List of Treatments is available in the salon and on the website. The Price List of Treatments is available in the salon and on the website.
- The prices included in the offer and on the website may change. This does not apply to previously purchased passes, packages and gift vouchers. If the price list changes, the client will be informed before the procedure. If the price list changes, the client will be informed before the procedure.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts, unless clearly stated otherwise in the special offer.
- 4. Discount/promotional vouchers for visits can only be used for the selected treatment specified on the vouchers, at the designated time. The validity period of the voucher is 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Postponing or canceling a visit with a valid gift voucher/voucher must take place 24 hours before the visit to the salon.
- If the person with the gift voucher does not arrive at the agreed time and does not notify about his/her absence, the salon treats it as a completed service.
- A gift voucher is issued for a specific person, for a specific amount or for specific treatment
- In the event of loss or destruction of vouchers, Aesthetics Paradise is not liable and does not provide compensation.
- Vouchers will not be redeemed after their expiry date.
- Cash refunds for purchased vouchers are not allowed. They can be exchanged for other services available in the salon up to the amount paid/given.
- The following payment methods are accepted in the salon: cash, card transaction, PayPal, bank transfer or installment payment via website.
- Taking advantage of the promotion obliges you to pay in cash.
- The salon also offers packages, payable in advance, entitling you to a specified number of treatments within a specified period of time.
Responsibility
- The reception desk and the hall are monitored.
- The salon is subject to internal monitoring for the safety of customers and salon staff. Acceptance of the regulations of the Aesthetics Paradise beauty salon is tantamount to acceptance of image registration.
- Customers are liable without any restrictions for any damage to the salon’s equipment. Their legal representatives are responsible for damage caused by minors.
- The salon is not responsible for outerwear. The salon is not responsible for any items left outside the treatment room, in particular valuable items, bags, backpacks and handbags, which the customer should keep with them.
- Failure of the client to comply with Terms & Conditions or submitting false statements regarding his/her health condition and contraindications or in the interview results in the exclusion of liability for the performed treatment on the part of the salon.
- The salon is not responsible for the customer’s dissatisfaction with the final effect of the treatment resulting from subjective opinions. Treatments are performed in a professional manner, consistent with art, and each client is made aware that the effects of the treatment are individual and may not be fully satisfactory.
Deposits and cancellation of appointments
- In order to book an appointment, the client must pay a deposit, the amount of which depends on the amount of the treatment.
- Failure to proceed with the treatment on the agreed date or cancellation of the date less than 24 hours before its commencement entitles the salon to retain and not return the deposit.
- In order to arrange another visit, the client must pay another deposit.
